What you will do
- Provide daily coaching and professional development to Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Lead the team to achieve goals for meeting setting, opportunities created, and revenue targets.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the organization.
- Implement and maintain sales and lead qualification best practices.
- Drive exhaustive lead penetration, high activity standards, and pipeline management.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights for improvements and forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-3+ years of relevant management experience (e.g., inside sales, outbound market research) working closely with a sales team.
- Strong communication skills for team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Passion for Sales, results-oriented, and driven professional.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members, including performance management.
- Knowledge of sales processes and expertise working with a CRM.
