Salary: CAD $108,000 - $121,500 + bonus + benefits.

What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Stay current on changes to Canadian employment legislation and proactively update policies and practices.
- Partner across G&A functions (such as payroll and HR Operations) to communicate policies and manage employee cases.
- Manage performance processes, including reviews, goal setting, feedback, and performance coaching.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with the Talent team on developing and delivering programs.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding, ensuring proper completion of Canadian employment documentation.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, CPHR/CHRP designation, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on generalist duties within a Canadian context.
- Strong understanding of employment standards, human rights, and privacy legislation across Canadian provinces.
- A deep mastery of Ontario employment laws and standards.
- Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
