Infrastructure Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Designing, building, and operating secure, scalable AWS infrastructure with an accent on Kubernetes platform evolution, CI/CD pipeline improvement, and infrastructure-as-code. Focus on strengthening reliability, observability, security, and cost efficiency in close collaboration with engineering teams.

Location: Hybrid, 4 days a week in our Warsaw office.

Salary: 31,000 PLN/month (+VAT)

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Own and evolve our Kubernetes platform and deployment workflows.
• Build reusable Terraform modules and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Strengthen reliability, observability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Drive infrastructure decisions end-to-end in close collaboration with engineering.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience designing and operating AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ALB/NLB, Route 53, CloudFront, RDS, DocumentDB) with solid networking and security fundamentals.
• Production experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform (modular, reusable, production-grade setups).
• Solid working knowledge of Linux for system troubleshooting, networking basics, and performance monitoring.
• CI/CD and GitOps experience: GitHub Actions, Argo CD.
• Experience with observability stack (Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry) and operating databases (MongoDB/Amazon DocumentDB, ClickHouse, DynamoDB).
• Strong focus on reliability, security, automation, and cost efficiency.
• Confident English for easy communication of complex technical concepts.
• Team player mindset, comfortable discussing tough problems, asking questions, and challenging ideas respectfully.
