• Strengthen integrations between Elite 3E and a bespoke front-end platform.
• Address data mismatches and reconciliation challenges within the business.
• Improve SQL/database performance and overall system reliability.
• Introduce better testing, quality controls, and regression discipline.
• Work closely with an external development partner to improve governance and oversight.
• Contribute to restoring confidence in financial reporting and operational performance.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and experience with finance/ERP systems, specifically Elite 3E is desirable.
• A solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and Azure-hosted environments.
• Background in system stabilisation, recovery, or complex implementation challenges.
• Ability to bridge the gap between finance, IT, and senior stakeholders.
