What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
• Maintain and enhance platform performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, DevOps, QA, Support, and external consultants.
• Resolve technical challenges and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Keep documentation up to date and share best practices.

Requirements

• Proven Salesforce development experience and strong understanding of architecture, tools, and best practices.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must have existing eligibility to work in the UK, as employment sponsorship is not provided.
• Regular on-site presence in the Bristol office is required for this hybrid role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, App Builder, Data Cloud, and Agile delivery.
• Knowledge of third-party integrations (e.g., marketing automation, Einstein).
