TL;DR

Data Analyst (Data Analytics, AI): Analyzing and structuring operational data for ID support and client template integration, with an accent on data evaluation, template onboarding, and operational workflow optimization. Focus on mapping request/response logic, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving optimization initiatives from analytics feedback.

Location: Must be willing to work from the Belgrade office when required

What you will do

  • Conduct in-depth data evaluation.
  • Onboard and integrate new templates into the system.
  • Collect, structure, and manage operational data efficiently.
  • Map request and response logic based on vendor and regional specifications.
  • Operate and maintain tools developed by the Engineering team.
  • Review analytics feedback and drive optimization initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including customer-reported bugs.
  • Internal process mapping and documentation, analysis, and continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or any data related degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analytics or Product Operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of data mapping and operational workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
  • Must be willing to work from our Belgrade office when required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Background in working directly with Sales and Customer Support teams.
  • Experience with compliance tools or identity verification platforms.
  • Familiarity with fraud prevention and digital identity verification trends.
  • Proficiency in Notion, Python, SQL.
