Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech/Payments): Taking ownership of a defined area within the hirify.global Payments product and partner integrations with an accent on writing and refining new functionalities, triaging bugs, and shaping flows with the design team. Focus on translating business and technical requirements into scalable product features, ensuring compliance, and seamless integration with external partners.

Location: Hybrid role, based in Cracow, Poland.

What you will do

• Execute on the product roadmap, in line with the defined strategy.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear, scalable product features.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver product capabilities on time and at scale.
• Collaborate closely with external payment partners to ensure seamless integration.
• Support go-to-market teams with product expertise, documentation, and training.
• Monitor global regulatory updates and adjust execution plans and roadmap alignment to ensure compliance readiness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, ERP, or fintech, working with Payments solutions.
• Strong understanding of Payments processes; understanding of Accounts Payable processes is a strong benefit.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, regulatory, and business teams.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn regulations into actionable product requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple parallel priorities.
