What you will do
- Develop and execute creative copy for digital, social, display, print, motion, and CRM channels.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to develop key messaging and deliver briefs.
- Ensure all copy aligns with the hirify.global brand voice and maintains high quality.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Manage workload effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Exceptional creative portfolio demonstrating strong verbal communication, storytelling, and brand building.
- Proven ability to translate complex propositions into simple, audience-centric copy.
- Ability to adapt across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience navigating stakeholder feedback.
- Robust knowledge of copywriting principles, tone of voice, brand messaging, and storytelling.
- Proven experience in writing for a variety of digital and print formats.
- Experience working within a regulated industry and building and substantiating claims.
Nice to have
- 3-5 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative department.
- Experience working within the regulated energy sector.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Asana.
- Strong understanding of current communication trends, emerging technologies, and AI efficiencies.
