What you will do

• Research, recommend, and implement changes to enhance information systems security and monitoring capabilities.
• Engineer solutions to mitigate control gaps and present them to IT management, coordinating with vendors.
• Review information systems to identify potential security weaknesses and recommend improvements.
• Participate in network and systems design to ensure appropriate security policies are implemented.
• Take part in on-call rotation for security incident triage.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with partners to design, build, and deploy security frameworks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based onsite in Mason, OH, US.
• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT area preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology and 4 years in Information Security.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security practices, networking, infrastructure best practices, and the NIST CSF Framework.
• English: B2 proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of API Security Controls and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
• Strong knowledge of Secure Email Gateway and DLP platforms.
• Working knowledge of GCP and Azure.
• Industry certifications in Security and Networking (e.g., CISSP, CCNA).
