What you will do

• Own customer technical relationships and accelerate their time-to-value.
• Diagnose and unblock technical issues related to hirify.global's platform and APIs.
• Improve customer implementations proactively and provide use case advisory.
• Bridge the gap between customers and Product by providing structured, real-world feedback.
• Design and map technical solutions that align customer needs with hirify.global's capabilities.
• Build internal tools, automations, and self-serve documentation using AI and coding skills.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation with deep comfort in APIs (REST, webhooks, authentication flows) and integration troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to learn complex platforms independently.
• Experience in a solution engineering or technical customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS or an API-driven business.
• Strong discovery and communication skills to translate technical complexity into clear guidance.
• Self-driven, autonomous, and a structured thinker capable of managing multiple customer engagements.
• English: Proficient spoken and written English skills are essential.
• Proficiency using Claude or similar AI coding tools to build practical solutions is required.
