What you will do
- Develop, optimize, and maintain specialized machine learning models for CPV, CPE, and CPC campaign types.
- Seamlessly integrate and deploy AI solutions within an existing, high-scale Demand-Side Platform (DSP).
- Analyze and optimize real-time bidding flows using OpenRTB protocols to improve bidding strategies and win rates.
- Lead and mentor the AI/ML team, guiding best practices in model development, validation, and deployment.
- Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures suitable for low-latency requirements of real-time bidding systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to align ML strategies with platform goals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong knowledge of OpenRTB and bidding flows.
- Deep understanding of CPV, CPE, and CPC campaign types.
- Proficiency in PySpark and pandas for large-scale data processing.
- Experience with FastAPI for API development.
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
- Expertise in LightGBM and ONNX for model training, optimization, and deployment.
- English: B2+ (Upper-intermediate level or higher).
