What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain specialized machine learning models for CPV, CPE, and CPC campaign types.
• Seamlessly integrate and deploy AI solutions within an existing, high-scale Demand-Side Platform (DSP).
• Analyze and optimize real-time bidding flows using OpenRTB protocols to improve bidding strategies and win rates.
• Lead and mentor the AI/ML team, guiding best practices in model development, validation, and deployment.
• Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures suitable for low-latency requirements of real-time bidding systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to align ML strategies with platform goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong knowledge of OpenRTB and bidding flows.
• Deep understanding of CPV, CPE, and CPC campaign types.
• Proficiency in PySpark and pandas for large-scale data processing.
• Experience with FastAPI for API development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
• Expertise in LightGBM and ONNX for model training, optimization, and deployment.
• English: B2+ (Upper-intermediate level or higher).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Metaflow for managing ML workflows.
