What you will do

• Develop specialized models for CPV, CPE, and CPC campaign types.
• Integrate AI solutions with an existing Demand-Side Platform (DSP).
• Optimize bidding flows using OpenRTB protocols.
• Lead the AI/ML team in model development and deployment.
• Design and implement scalable AI architectures for real-time bidding systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ML strategies with business goals in programmatic advertising.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong knowledge of OpenRTB and bidding flows.
• Deep understanding of CPV, CPE, and CPC campaign types.
• Proficiency in PySpark and pandas for data processing.
• Experience with FastAPI for API development.
• Hands-on with Docker for containerization and expertise in LightGBM and ONNX for model training and deployment.
• English: Upper-intermediate level or higher (B2+).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Metaflow for ML workflows.
