What you will do

• Build optimized high-level and KPI dashboards for recurring analyses.
• Develop enterprise-grade data visualization experiences for the Sales team and hirify.global customers.
• Enable analysts and stakeholders to create dashboards, providing access to self-service tools and teaching data storytelling best practices.
• Advocate and communicate about dashboards and their roadmaps.
• Contribute to data quality, specifically for event settings and quality control.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or data engineering oriented reporting.
• Strong stakeholder relationship and management skills.
• Proficiency in building data visualization using technologies like Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Significant experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Good understanding of data engineering principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Superset.
• Experience with GA4 or other event tracking systems (Adobe Analytics, Amplitude).
• Experience evaluating tools such as dashboarding or event tracking.
