Salary: $20–30/hr + performance bonuses

What you will do

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and outreach channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Manage content calendars using project management tools (ClickUp, Airtable).
  • Coordinate with design and video teams on creative asset development.
  • Track and report on KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of marketing coordination or campaign management experience.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools: Google Analytics, Canva, Airtable, Google Workspace.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written communication abilities.
  • Experience with social media management, content scheduling, and basic video content coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Pardot, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Klaviyo).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Knowledge of short-form video production and trend-based content creation.
  • Background in education, B2B marketing, or nonprofit environments.
