What you will do

• Onboard and integrate new features into the system.
• Collect, structure, and manage operational data efficiently.
• Map request and response logic based on client and regional specifications.
• Operate and maintain tools developed by the Engineering team.
• Review analytics feedback and drive optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including customer-reported bugs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Analytics or Product Operations.
• Proficiency in HTML5, RESTful API architecture and testing tools (e.g., Postman, Sandbox).
• Familiarity with JSON/XML data formats, logical operations, and Boolean functions.
• Advanced Regular Expressions (Java 8) must have.
• Basic understanding of Python and OOP principles.
• Solid understanding of data mapping, operational workflows, and version control principles.

• Experience with compliance tools or identity verification platforms.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention and digital identity verification trends.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
