What you will do

• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across functional and non-functional domains.
• Maintain and enhance QA documentation, best practices, and reusable automation assets.
• Identify and implement testing methodologies and tools, promoting automation, performance, and security testing.
• Design, execute, and report on performance, security, reliability, and usability tests using tools like JMeter, OWASP ZAP, and Lighthouse.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites (API, UI, integrations) and drive defect resolution.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to ensure scenarios reflect critical business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong Testing/QA experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dedication to continuous improvement and team development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
