What you will do

• Process and coordinate payroll operations across multiple countries and employment models.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary payments, payroll controls, validations, and reconciliations.
• Oversee correctness of statutory deductions, taxes, and social contributions.
• Support resolution of payroll discrepancies and complex payroll-related cases.
• Prepare payroll reports and data for internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Participate in ADP Global Payroll implementation and ongoing operations, defining and standardizing payroll events in HRIS (Humaans).

Requirements

• 10+ years of payroll experience in a multi-country environment.
• Proven, hands-on operational payroll experience in the EU and the United States.
• Strong understanding of payroll principles, statutory deductions, and compliance.
• Experience working with external payroll providers and EoR models.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems.
• Understanding of HRIS-driven payroll processes (Humaans or similar systems).

Nice to have

• ADP experience is a strong plus.
• Payroll experience in Spain and the Netherlands.
