What you will do
- Process and coordinate payroll operations across multiple countries and employment models.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary payments, payroll controls, validations, and reconciliations.
- Oversee correctness of statutory deductions, taxes, and social contributions.
- Support resolution of payroll discrepancies and complex payroll-related cases.
- Prepare payroll reports and data for internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with local laws.
- Participate in ADP Global Payroll implementation and ongoing operations, defining and standardizing payroll events in HRIS (Humaans).
Requirements
- 10+ years of payroll experience in a multi-country environment.
- Proven, hands-on operational payroll experience in the EU and the United States.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, statutory deductions, and compliance.
- Experience working with external payroll providers and EoR models.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems.
- Understanding of HRIS-driven payroll processes (Humaans or similar systems).
Nice to have
- ADP experience is a strong plus.
- Payroll experience in Spain and the Netherlands.
