Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia (2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000-1300 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Streamlining and optimizing payment flows into a regulatory payment archive.
• Implementing and maintaining high-performance Kafka-based event streaming solutions.
• Writing and optimizing database logic in Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Collaborating within Agile teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable financial systems.
• Designing and developing solutions for processing ISO 20022 payment messages.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including performance tuning.
• Practical experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
• Good understanding of ISO 20022 payment message structure.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a regulatory/financial environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Snowflake.
• Experience with dbt.
• Python programming skills.
• Experience with DataStage.
