What you will do

• Provide data products and growth insights to customers to improve campaign performance and maximize business goals.
• Develop, maintain, and improve global experiment processes to scale standard and bespoke experiments.
• Conduct data gathering, analysis, and effectively communicate presentations and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Verify data obtained from ad exchanges and mobile-app tracking solutions for campaign model accuracy.
• Engage in the full lifecycle of campaigns, from daily performance monitoring to partnering with sales for client analysis.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve hirify.global's products and services, focusing on client growth.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with statistical packages (e.g., Python, SQL).
• Fluent in speaking and writing both Chinese-Mandarin and English.
• Strong knowledge and experience in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and various statistical analyses.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work based on business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
