Location: This job is onsite in the US, specifically in Williamsville, NY, Irvine, CA, or Scottsdale, AZ.

Salary: $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 USD per year

What you will do

  • Drive insights and actions for reseller partners and vendors, identifying opportunities to increase Xvantage platform usage.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and services across the Go-To-Market organization and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify customer needs and assist in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical consultations.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their challenges, goals, and requirements, providing personalized recommendations.
  • Work closely with key vendors to stay informed about product updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials, and conduct training sessions for category solutions.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of functional experience.
  • Experience in a sales or solutions role within the technology industry, preferably with a focus on platform products or services.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to be a team player and to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Must be prepared to pass a drug test and successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check.
