Salary: $135,000–$175,000

• Develop and scale features for AI medical scribe using cutting-edge large language models.
• Build and maintain robust infrastructure for audio processing, cloud services, and enterprise EHR integrations.
• Lead projects from concept to production in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with product and design teams.
• Rapidly onboard to the tech stack and ship code quickly.
• Support hirify.global Scribe as part of an independent product team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development industry experience.
• Experience in environments where products are shipped quickly.
• Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js/Express).
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud), APIs, and production reliability best practices.
