What you will do

• Design and deliver core platform capabilities powering hirify.global applications.
• Define system architecture and functional specifications.
• Build highly scalable, distributed systems for enterprise customers.
• Drive improvements in reliability, performance, and developer experience.
• Work closely with Product and Design to shape the roadmap.
• Mentor senior engineers and elevate technical depth across the org.

Requirements

• 10+ years building and shipping complex software systems.
• Proven track record driving large-scale technical initiatives end-to-end.
• History of mentoring and raising the bar for engineering teams.
• Strong expertise across modern backend stacks.
• Deep experience designing distributed systems at enterprise scale.
• Solid understanding of security and compliance in SaaS environments.

Nice to have

• Fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS experience.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting workflows.
• Background in workflow automation platforms.
