What you will do

• Design and deliver core platform capabilities powering hirify.global applications.
• Define system architecture and functional specifications for highly scalable, distributed enterprise systems.
• Lead complex design discussions and establish engineering best practices.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap and engage with customers.
• Mentor senior engineers and elevate technical depth across the organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years building and shipping complex software systems.
• Proven track record driving large-scale technical initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong expertise across modern backend stacks including Go, Node, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Deep experience designing distributed systems at enterprise scale.
• Strong API design and platform thinking.
• Solid understanding of security and compliance in SaaS environments.
• Hybrid work model in San Jose or Los Angeles, California.

Nice to have

• Fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS experience.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting workflows.
• Background in workflow automation platforms.
