Location: Onsite in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, 4-5 days per week

What you will do

• Communicate with global B2B customers and transport partners.
• Perform quality checks on bookings.
• Assess customer needs and provide professional support via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
• Contribute new ideas to improve services and operations.

Requirements

• Eager to learn and curious about international operations.
• Strong communication skills (fluency in English required).
• Proactive and able to spot opportunities to improve processes and services.
• Available to work early or late shifts to support 24/7/365 operations.
• Available for 6 months, on-site, 4-5 days per week.
