What you will do

• Design and implement backend services and APIs that power Internal Developer Platform workflows.
• Build AI-powered capabilities within developer workflows, creating safe and observable integrations with enterprise AI services.
• Develop reusable automation patterns for onboarding and service lifecycle workflows, reducing manual engineering steps through orchestration.
• Own subsystems and platform components end-to-end, from design through deployment to operation.
• Implement strong observability and monitoring practices, participating in incident response and continuous reliability improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable across multiple engineering organizations.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and operating production-grade services in complex engineering environments.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own system components or subsystems within larger platforms.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (such as Java, Python, Go, or similar).
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and backend development.
• Proven ability to work across teams and deliver results in complex technical environments.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to an Internal Developer Platform or shared engineering systems.
• Familiarity with AI-augmented workflows, automation systems, or machine learning integrations.
• Experience improving CI/CD pipelines, service templates, or lifecycle tooling.
• Experience building reusable frameworks, extensibility models, or developer productivity tools.
