What you will do

• Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
• Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports
• Collect, compile, and analyze project data for portfolio reporting and dashboards
• Prepare regular status reports, executive summaries, and performance metrics
• Administer and maintain project management software platforms such as Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
• Configure workflows, fields, and reports within project management tools and respond to project inquiries

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Melbourne or Sydney, Australia
• 2-3 years experience in project coordination, business analysis, or administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
• Basic understanding of project management frameworks such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data and identify insights
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and follow-through
