TL;DR

Software Developer Rotation Program (New Graduate): Building and optimizing various software components across distributed systems, user interfaces, and mobile platforms with an accent on gaining broad exposure to multiple layers of technology and accelerating career development through mentorship. Focus on analyzing and decomposing problems, proficient coding in C++/C#/Java, and understanding computer science fundamentals.

Location: Hybrid. Most of our offices, including our HQ in Kitchener, require 3 days in office, with our Toronto office requiring 1-3 days. Exact work arrangements are team dependent.

Salary: $70,000—$90,000 CAD

What you will do

• Participate in a 6-month rotation program within the Software Engineering department for up to 2 years.
• Work on a wide range of technologies including distributed systems, automated test development, user interfaces, mobile, and cloud computing.
• Collaborate closely with technical product managers, designers, and test developers.
• Contribute ideas and perspectives to ensure effective product development.
• Receive mentorship from Senior Technical leaders.

Requirements

• Graduating in May 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar technical discipline.
• Ability to analyze and decompose problems into potential technical solutions.
• Experience with OO design and proficient coding skills (e.g., C++, C#, Java).
• Strong understanding of Computer Science topics including data structures, algorithms, databases, and distributed systems.
• Experience in software development, preferably in a technology-focused company.
• Acumen with Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Kitchener or Toronto, Canada.
