Senior Technical Producer (Game Development)

What you will do

• Coordinate creative world-building, environment art, and level design to build a cohesive and immersive experience.
• Define and track content creation pipelines, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
• Guide the organization and delivery of team’s feature work to create a clean, up-to-date work backlog.
• Support the team by removing roadblocks and managing distractions.
• Direct team rituals and evolve them over time.
• Plan diverse work with estimations, track releases, dependencies, and risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing games as a producer.
• 2+ years of experience using Agile methodologies.
• 1+ year of experience guiding an R&D project through different phases of development (Pre-production to Production to Live).
• Experience scheduling and tracking development of diverse features.
• Expertise with various project management frameworks (Scrum / Agile).

Nice to have

• Experience working with Level Designers or Environment Artists.
• 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer coordinating live games development and operations.
• Experience with documentation tools like Notion or Confluence.
