What you will do

• Drive the organic YouTube growth strategy, focusing on audience growth, watch time, and conversion impact.
• Define and evolve the video content strategy in collaboration with a production agency, aligning formats, cadence, and business goals.
• Own YouTube channel management, including uploads, metadata optimization, playlists, and overall SEO health.
• Analyze video performance to continuously optimize formats, topics, and storytelling.
• Manage relationships with content creators, coaches, and influencers, including outreach, briefing, and negotiation.
• Work cross-functionally with Social Media, CRM, SEO, Product, and Growth teams to align messaging and distribution strategies.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in organic video growth, content strategy, or a similar role.
• Expertise in SEO, content discoverability, and audience growth strategies.
• Proven experience building and executing video strategies from ideation through production and optimization.
• Deep understanding of analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to turn data into strategic decisions.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English level.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of YouTube Shorts, Community posts, and emerging video formats.
• Experience working closely with Social Media, CRM, and SEO teams to maximize organic reach and impact.
• Familiarity with wellness, fitness, or health-tech content and audiences.
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ideation, scripting, optimization, and workflow efficiency.
