What you will do

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for the Indonesian tobacco and nicotine flavours market.
• Manage trade show participation and customer events, handling local logistics and material preparation.
• Conduct market and competitive research to provide insights on customer needs and market trends.
• Create and localize marketing materials, including sales presentations, brochures, and digital content.
• Manage social media presence for Hertz Flavours Indonesia, building brand awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in trade marketing, ingredients, or FMCG.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities independently.
• Must be based in Surabaya, Indonesia.
