Growth Marketing Specialist (Mobile Gaming): Supporting and executing organic growth initiatives across a mobile game portfolio with an accent on App Store Optimization (ASO), SEO, and social media. Location: Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in the office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a third day of your choice).

What you will do

• Execute App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives including keyword research, A/B tests, metadata updates, event creations, creative testing, and localization support.
• Monitor and analyze app store performance metrics such as rankings, impressions, CTR, CVR, and installs.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with Product, Creative, Data, and User Acquisition teams to implement optimizations.
• Assist in managing and growing social media channels to increase engagement and visibility.
• Support SEO and content initiatives to improve organic discoverability.

Requirements

• Familiarity with organic growth levers (ASO, SEO, social media, or digital marketing fundamentals).
• Analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics and data.
• Good design taste with the ability to evaluate visual and creative assets.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• A growth mindset: curious, proactive, and eager to learn through experimentation.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia for this hybrid role.
