What you will do

• Execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, and Thread for hirify.global Indonesia.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content for esports tournaments, brand campaigns, and sponsor activations.
• Deliver on-ground and live social media coverage for esports events, including regular season, playoffs, and international tournaments.
• Manage community engagement, addressing comments and DMs while protecting brand voice and escalating issues.
• Monitor performance, produce regular reports, and coordinate with global HQ for consistent brand alignment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital content, or community management.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms.
• Strong knowledge of esports, gaming culture, and digital communities.
• Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (English for regional/global coordination).
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, including live events, weekends, and tight deadlines.
• Basic video editing and visual content skills for real-time content needs.
