What you will do

Guide the design of complex multi-cloud flows, data models, and automation solutions.
Drive declarative architecture standards and reduce platform complexity.
Own delivery of high-impact admin initiatives with reliability and quality.
Mentor and coach admins to raise capability and platform maturity.
Proactively improve data quality, governance, and operational consistency across squads.
Contribute to COPs, RFCs, and cross-tribe alignment on declarative best practice.

Requirements

Deep experience building scalable, maintainable Flow solutions and configuration architecture.
Strong understanding of data modelling, sharing model, and enterprise automation patterns.
Ability to guide admins and influence cross squad approaches through expertise and communication.
A mindset focused on reliability, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
