Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack

TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack): Building and maintaining best-of-breed products as part of a nimble development team with an accent on customer engagement and feedback. Focus on designing, developing, testing, and deploying products from the ground up, while iterating with product management and customers for feedback and input.

Location: This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the Durham, NC office three days per week.

Salary: $120,000 to $355,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain hirify.global's products alongside an agile development team.
• Design, develop, and test new product ideas from the ground up while working with product management for feedback and input.
• Work on small teams that tackle big challenges in common components like a common data service tasked with unifying and consolidating endpoint data across the entire ecosystem.
• Deliver higher level services enabled by our core services that directly enable products and focus on everything from security to operations to auditing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, CS Degree preferred.
• 5+ years industry experience.
• Experience designing and building high-impact, high-performance, scalable, observable, and maintainable backend services and APIs.
• Knowledge of at least one of Golang (preferred), Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Rust.
• Experience with React, Typescript, Javascript, and other front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Ability to work with relational databases such as Postgres, SQL, or MySQL.
