Salary: $85,000–$120,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Assess and align customer Falcon environments with hirify.global security standards.
• Provide recommendations and remediation strategies for improved security posture.
• Directly engage with customers to address misalignments and resolve related issues.
• Document, update, and resolve all customer issues in accordance with established procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide customers with service reports and statistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and troubleshoot technical problems.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• 2+ years of experience in a Cybersecurity focused role.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations (SANS, ISC2, or equivalent).

Nice to have

• Experience with Incident Management and CSIRT operations.
• Knowledge of Change Management.
• Experience with Malicious Code Detection and Response.
• Familiarity with Audit, Logging, and Monitoring Controls (SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks: ISO 27001/2, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, and MITRE Att&ck.
