TL;DR
Customer Value Architect (Cybersecurity): Driving customer onboarding and adoption of the Falcon Flex platform, ensuring customers maximize their security investment and realize value. Location: Must be located in the East- CST/EST and will require up to 40% travel.
Salary: $135,000 - $205,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead onboarding execution and define customer success plans.
- Partner with sales to expand adoption of Falcon Flex in existing and new accounts.
- Conduct business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact.
- Develop and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs).
- Monitor and analyze Flex usage patterns to identify risks and opportunities.
- Routinely sell-to and interact with executive-level customer decision makers.
Requirements
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes.
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques.
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to calculate and communicate ROI metrics.
