What you will do

• Deliver Tanium Center services and maintain the Tanium platform.
• Solve incidents, perform changes, and participate in new projects.
• Advance and improve the Tanium platform and its services.
• Manage RBAC, system updates, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure continuous operational performance and maintain regular communication with customer stakeholders.
• Create monthly reports and align with customers in reporting meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Operational Security.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity is a plus.
• Networking and general IT knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
• Experience in managing Microsoft Windows and Linux.
• Automation experience using Python.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities across endpoint, network, and identity systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
