UX/UI Designer: Delivering high-end, intuitive product experiences by translating user and business insights into clear, elegant designs with an accent on visual aesthetics, usability, and seamless user journeys. Location: Hybrid (Groningen, The Netherlands). Candidate must already live in The Netherlands.

is looking for an amazing UX/UI designer to deliver high-end, intuitive, and effortless product designs.
What you will do
- Deliver visual designs setting high aesthetic and usability standards within the product.
- Translate user research and product goals into seamless user journeys, flows, and wireframes.
- Design and iterate on prototypes to validate ideas quickly.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and implemented with high quality.
- Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system, focusing on components, patterns, and accessibility.
- Facilitate feedback sessions with users and stakeholders to incorporate learnings into iterations.
Requirements
- Passion for UI/UX excellence, aiming for the highest standard of visual quality.
- Ability to distill simplicity from complex requirements and ambiguous problem spaces.
- Strong command of modern design tools (Figma is a must).
- Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and translating those insights into design.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Must live in The Netherlands already.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS, complex workflows, or data-heavy interfaces.
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices and design systems.
