What you will do

• Research learning and development journeys of bankers across seniority levels.
• Identify barriers, unmet needs, and opportunities in expertise building and role progression.
• Translate insights into strategic design directions, concepts, or interventions.
• Design, prototype, and test services, tools, or experiences complementing human expertise with AI.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in design: Industrial Design, Design for Interaction, Innovative Design, New Media Design
• Proactive, self-driven, able to take ownership
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary teams
• Familiar with service design methods: user research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, prototyping
