What you will do
- Collaborate with clients on product vision, set team goals, and guide the team to achieve OKRs.
- Translate product vision and roadmap through to delivery, operation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead multiple cross-functional squads to deliver innovative solutions in line with roadmap and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs, confidently narrowing requests to high-impact initiatives.
- Optimize technical solutions to avoid over- and under-engineering, focusing development efforts correctly.
- Demonstrate high agency and ownership, pushing back constructively and defending product decisions with data.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience within fintech, crypto, digital assets, payments, or other highly regulated financial services environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong regulatory awareness and experience incorporating compliance into product decisions.
- High level of technical fluency, including understanding backend operational systems, API integrations, and high-level system architecture.
- Exposure to onboarding, KYC/KYB, and verification workflows.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize features based on business goals and market dynamics.
- Experience tracking and monitoring feature performance post-launch for continuous improvement.
- Ability to identify, filter, and prioritize stakeholder complaints and feedback effectively.
- Clear communication skills to present product plans and results to diverse teams, including C-level executives and partners.
