What you will do

• Collaborate with clients on product vision, set team goals, and guide the team to achieve OKRs.
• Translate product vision and roadmap through to delivery, operation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead multiple cross-functional squads to deliver innovative solutions in line with roadmap and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs, confidently narrowing requests to high-impact initiatives.
• Optimize technical solutions to avoid over- and under-engineering, focusing development efforts correctly.
• Demonstrate high agency and ownership, pushing back constructively and defending product decisions with data.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience within fintech, crypto, digital assets, payments, or other highly regulated financial services environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong regulatory awareness and experience incorporating compliance into product decisions.
• High level of technical fluency, including understanding backend operational systems, API integrations, and high-level system architecture.
• Exposure to onboarding, KYC/KYB, and verification workflows.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize features based on business goals and market dynamics.
• Experience tracking and monitoring feature performance post-launch for continuous improvement.
• Ability to identify, filter, and prioritize stakeholder complaints and feedback effectively.
• Clear communication skills to present product plans and results to diverse teams, including C-level executives and partners.
