What you will do

• Develop existing prototypes and oversee improvements.
• Guide products from Soft Launch to Global Release.
• Establish rapid-cycle processes from market analysis and hypothesis generation to validation and proof-of-concept.
• Make product decisions based on market trends and key metrics (CPI, Retention, LTV).
• Work closely with the marketing funnel and manage various acquisition channels.
• Communicate product vision and foster a culture of conscious experimentation.

Requirements

• A proven track record of developing, launching, and successfully operating games (preferably in Hybrid-Casual or related genres).
• A clear understanding of how a product generates revenue, with proficiency in analytics, marketing tools, and user acquisition.
• The ability to rapidly interpret data, iterate on the product, and make timely "kill or scale" decisions.
• The ability to build and maintain transparent development processes within the high-uncertainty environment of R&D.
