Business Development Executive

TL;DR

Business Development Executive: Researches and manages business development activities and relationships across the Africa region with an accent on market analysis, strategic planning, and affiliate management. Focus on identifying new opportunities, executing business development plans, and negotiating agreements.

Location: Hybrid in Larnaca, Cyprus (up to 2 days working from home). Must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus. Extensive travel across North African countries required, with stays of 1 to 3 months in the region.

What you will do

• Research and analyze the market to identify new opportunities and competitive landscape.
• Manage and coordinate business development activities across the Africa region.
• Travel to various African markets to lead events and support staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person.
• Develop and execute business development plans, including market entry strategies and partnership initiatives.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with affiliates and partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development and sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North African countries for 1 to 3 months at a time.
• Experience working in or with African markets (strong advantage).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English required.
• Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French, Arabic, or Greek.
