What you will do

• Identify best production practices at the group level and act as an ambassador for them across different projects.
• Understand project ecosystems to convey various practices within the group.
• Conduct analyses and produce reports with meaningful recommendations to enhance development practices and game feature quality.
• Develop, document, and manage data tracking tools and systems.
• Design and maintain dashboards that capture metrics necessary for monitoring key performance indicators.
• Partner with production teams to identify new opportunities, define a long-term roadmap, and ensure adherence to best data practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst.
• Solid analytical skills with good knowledge in statistics and mathematics.
• Experience working on SQL and data visualization tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong understanding of the production cycle for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Solid communication skills, critical thinking, and fluent in English (B2).

Nice to have

• Experience with R, Python, Hadoop, and/or other programming languages.
• Proficiency in the ETL process.
• Some knowledge of the video game industry market.
