What you will do

• Build and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive manual tasks across Customer Support, Fraud, and Trust & Safety.
• Design and deploy robust, scalable workflow automation pipelines.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analyses on operational metrics, anomaly detection, and fraud patterns.
• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Set up alerting systems to identify and resolve operational issues before they impact users.
• Collaborate with the Trust & Safety Manager to scope and prioritize data projects based on impact.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an engineering, computer science, or statistics program, seeking a final-year internship.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex queries against large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to take projects end-to-end, from scoping to documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with API integrations or workflow automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
