What you will do

• Define, develop, and maintain integrity risk compliance procedures and risk modelling rules.
• Interpret and communicate changes in Integrity (scheme, AML, KYC) rules to relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate training sessions for internal stakeholders on integrity risk procedures.
• Handle onboarding, merchant monitoring, and transaction monitoring escalations.
• Manage extraordinary approvals adhering to the 4-eye principle and committee structures.
• Oversee the merchant portfolio, ensuring quality assurance and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in risk management, compliance, or a related area, preferably within the payment industry.
• Deep understanding of AML regulations, payment schemes standards, and transaction monitoring principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a holistic approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• English: B2 required
