What you will do

• Design and own the technical services menu for hirify.global’s API and coding products.
• Deliver high-impact technical trainings to help customers design, build, and deploy real systems.
• Be accountable for technical training outcomes, including production use cases launched, token consumption, and platform usage.
• Hire, develop, and lead our first cohort of technical ADMs.
• Establish standards for technical depth, delivery quality, and excellence in training.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Developer teams to ensure technical training remains current and aligned with the platform roadmap.

Requirements

• Deep technical fluency with APIs and modern software development workflows.
• Ability to teach and explain complex technical concepts at 103-level depth.
• Demonstrated ability to do the work first and then scale it through others.
• Strong judgment navigating tradeoffs between bespoke delivery and scalable systems.
• Early leadership experience or strong interest in growing as a people manager.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical enablement, developer education, platform adoption, or adjacent customer-facing technical roles is a plus.
