What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery, architecture, and value of the AI ecosystem.
• Design, code, and deploy Python-based microservices in a cloud environment.
• Define and monitor metrics to ensure solutions speed up workflows and guide engineering decisions.
• Proactively debug complex and hard-to-find issues across microservices, distributed architectures, and different cloud environments.
• Adapt and take initiative to learn and solve problems in unknown territories like platform or data engineering when demanded by the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of hands-on Python experience.
• Deep experience operating in the cloud (ideally AWS), deploying microservices, and working comfortably with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
• Ability to build highly efficient Python applications, with practical skills and theoretical foundation for design choices, including understanding CPython's execution constraints and concurrency.
• Applied understanding of distributed architecture, including network unreliability, data consistency, and fault-tolerant systems using modern failure-mitigation and distributed commit strategies.
• Hands-on experience with both relational and non-relational databases, as well as message brokers.
• AI-First mindset, actively leveraging AI coding assistants daily to improve productivity, write tests, and review code.
