What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with organizational objectives, leveraging AI-driven analytics.
• Conduct in-depth spend analysis and market research, utilizing AI tools to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
• Manage the full category lifecycle, including supplier selection, RFx processes, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance management.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and strategic advisor for business partners, translating business goals into effective sourcing strategies.
• Lead and support negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, terms, and innovation while preserving long-term strategic relationships.
• Actively leverage AI to support understanding of spend, supplier performance, risk monitoring, and contract intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelors / Post Graduation degree.
• Minimum three to five years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management.
• Experience with Sourcing procure-to-pay tools (e.g., Ariba, Fieldglass, PMweb).
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, understanding cost structures, licensing models, and contract terms.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global counterparts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
