What you will do

• Lead the strategy for transitioning customers between classic and serverless workspaces.
• Design and ship low-friction workspace creation flows with governance, security, and compliance guardrails.
• Improve the getting-started experience by abstracting complex cloud infrastructure configuration.
• Define tools and policies for governing increased workspace adoption across enterprises.
• Partner with Unity Catalog and Identity teams to integrate serverless environments with existing data and security models.
• Define and track KPIs such as time to first workspace and serverless adoption rate.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or SaaS foundations.
• Technical depth in AWS, Azure, or GCP resource management, including networking, compute, and identity.
• Experience simplifying complex technical workflows into low-friction user experiences.
• Ability to define and measure product KPIs using a data-driven approach.
