What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
• Apply statistical and mathematical optimization methods to solve complex, data-driven business problems.
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions based on state-of-the-art foundation models.
• Integrate, deploy, and operate AI models within enterprise environments by developing APIs.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud-based machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructure.
• Research, prototype, and validate emerging AI/ML algorithms and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problem statements and deliver value-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable quantitative field.
• Strong experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with common ML frameworks and model training, including fine-tuning of complex models.
• Practical exposure to foundation models, generative AI, or agentic systems, with strong interest in modern AI architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps concepts for scalable development and production deployment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex problems into data-driven solutions.
• Collaborative working style with experience in cross-functional teams.
